Organic pollen produced by our bees originating from several wild flowers near the Mediterranean and the region of Leon, found in the Natural Parks “Sierra Mariola”, “La Safor” and “La Cebollera”. The natural parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor are located in the province of Alicante (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters. The Natural Park Sierra La Cebollera is at an altitude of between 1,500 to 2,000 meters, in the province of Soria.  

Our Organic Pollen is yellowish, with some purple and dark grains, a persistent floral aroma and a sweet mouthfeel taste with acid tones. The harvesting takes place during the months of June, July, August and September.

- Texture: Moisture, the powder of pollen and the consistency.
