Organic Eucalyptus honey produced by our bees originating from the eucalyptus forests of the Natural Park of Sierra Norte of Sevilla, Spain. These parks are located in Andalusia (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters.   

Our organic eucalyptus honey has a medium clear reddish appearance, of an intense aroma, with notes of wood and vanilla, sweet taste with a light salty touch. We harvest it from beehives in the months of June and July.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS:

- Texture (Crystallization): Very fast crystallization in small sized crystals.
