Bona Mel Organic Linden Honey comes from the great natural forests of Romania, where the bees collect nectar of linden flowers, transform it and combine it with their own substances storing it in the honeycomb panels, where it is matured until harvested in June, in order to obtain this excellent all natural honey.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: 
- Visual appearance (Colour): Medium clear, almost transparent white.
- Aroma: Floral with a strong spicy and intense component.
- Taste (mouthfeel): Strange sweet taste with an increase of the farinaceous olfactory notes in the retronasal.
- Texture (Crystallization): Very fast crystallization in small to medium sized crystals.
