Organic Mountain honey produced by bees from the oaks, holm oaks and flowers from high mountain meadows that are located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These natural parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters. 

Our organic mountain forest honey is dark amber coloured, with floral aroma, with a clear component of toasted grain (malted), intense and persistent, a sweet sensation in mouth, with soft salty notes. We harvest it from beehives in the months of July and August.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: 
- Visual appearance (colour): Dark amber.
- Aroma: Floral, with a clear component of toasted cereal (malted), intense and persistent.
- Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with a salty touch.
- Texture (crystallization): Slow crystallization.
