Organic Azahar honey produced by our bees from the organic orange fields located in the Natural Parks of the Sierra de Baza mountain range. These parks are located in the province of Granada (Spain). 

Bona Mel Organic blossom honey has a clear  visual appearance, an intense floral aroma and a sweet taste with a very marked acid component. This delicious honey is an excellent source of energy. It retains all its properties thanks to the totally natural process that we use as certified organic beekeepers.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: 
- Visual appearance (colour): Clear
- Aroma: Floral with an intense touch.
- Taste (mouthfeel): Sweet taste, with a clear very strong acid component.
- Texture (Crystallization): Slow crystallization in fine size crystals, unless it is rich in white wall rocket (Diplotaxis erucoides).
