Organic Thyme Honey - 900g

Organic Thyme Honey prepared by our bees, originating from Mediterranean thyme wild flowers, found in the Natural Parks of Sierra Mariola and La Safor and in the Natural Park of Sierra de la Cebollera. These natural parks are located in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia (Spain) at an altitude of approximately 1,000 meters and the Natural Park of Sierra de la Cebollera located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,800 meters. 

Our organic thyme honey has a medium clear reddish visual appearance, a floral aroma with a denoted phenolic component, a very intense and persistent in the mouth sweet taste, with clear acid notes. We harvest it from beehives in the months of June and July.
